Pricing

Prices quoted shall be valid for 30 days from the quote date. Prices do not include sales tax. All pricing is F.O.B. our nursery. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Deposit

All orders will require a 25% deposit that is due at time of order confirmation . An invoice for the amount of the deposit will be sent with the buyer's order confirmation. If deposit is not received within ten (10) days of the original order date, Future Trees Inc. shall be entitled, but not required, to cancel the order without notice. No trees will be dug until deposit is received.

Invoicing

Payment terms are C.O.D. unless credit terms have been approved in advance of request date. If an account has been approved, payment is to be received by Future Trees within the term period stated on the invoice. The term period begins on the date of delivery.

Delinquencies

All new customers with terms are required to file a credit card number with Future Trees. After five (5) days of delinquency, Future Trees has the right to charge the balance due to the credit card. Any discounts offered on an order will void if payment is delinquent. All past due accounts are charged one and one-half percent (1 ½%) interest per month plus cost of collection, including, but not limited to, any and all attorney's or collection fees incurred by Future Trees Inc. in the collection of your account. Unpaid service charges are considered unsatisfactory past due accounts. If payment is not received within forty-five (45) days of delivery of goods, a lien process will be implemented. There will be a $25.00 service charge on returned checks. Returned checks must be replaced with certified funds within 48 hours of notification by Future Trees . After two delinquencies, the customer will return to C.O.D. status.

Pre-Shipping

All material is acknowledged as the size ordered. Material is invoiced at the size and price when dug. If pre-tagged material has grown out of the acknowledged size we will re-tag materials in the acknowledged size if available, unless notified otherwise. Trees, including tagged material, are audited three times per year and will be priced at the audited size. Our acknowledgement of an order is subject to crop and weather conditions. Future Trees Inc. will not be responsible for orders that cannot be filled due to conditions beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to, vandalism, animal damage, freeze, hail, wind, drought, fire, rain, or other acts of God.

Shipping

A three-week notice is required prior to the desired shipping date. Trees will be reserved and an order confirmation issued on the basis of availability upon receipt of the buyer's signed acknowledgement and deposit. All delivery and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All risk or loss passes to the buyer once the plant material is loaded for shipment. Damage or loss during shipment is the responsibility of the buyer. Future Trees Inc. will arrange shipment and delivery based on these conditions unless otherwise instructed.
